Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, warm-weather conditions, product availability issues, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Schedule

To minimize weekend transit time and help ensure that your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition, orders placed from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday may be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected or displayed at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Free Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $30, unless otherwise stated in a promotion. Free-shipping eligibility is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Warm-Weather Shipping

During warmer months, orders may be shipped with insulation and ice packs. We may delay shipment until cooler weather conditions are expected in order to protect the quality of the chocolate.

Chocolate left for extended periods in a mailbox, delivery vehicle, or doorstep exposed to direct sunlight may melt. Please monitor your tracking information and bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Available shipping methods, rates, and destinations are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the contents of the order.

Damaged, Melted, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@radchocolate.com. Include your order number and, when possible, photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
