Shipping and Return Policy
Recent events regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
We are continuing to ship our chocolate as usual. We have implemented the recommended strategies outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in "Recommended Strategies for Employers to Use Now” and we will continue to monitor the updates on the virus. The health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority.
We want to make sure your chocolate arrives timely and in perfect condition, here are the quick facts to consider:
- All packages are shipped USPS Priority second-day mail to your door. (Unless other methods are selected).
- During the warmer months, packages are shipped insulated and with ice packs. Shipping may take longer than expected as we may need to wait to ship orders on the expected cooler days. Please note that during these warmer months, chocolate that sits for several hours in a mailbox or doorstep that has direct sunlight may melt. Please use tracking information to minimize sun exposure times.
- Orders normally take 2-4 days to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. Please note that in some situations, order delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, high volume of orders, staff absences, and other unforeseen circumstances. We however will always strive to get your chocolate to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders that are placed Wednesday afternoon through Sunday night will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend transit times and to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition.

Fee: Complimentary shipping for all orders above $29 (U.S. only)
Delivery Timing: 2-4 business days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email.
