Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

RAD Chocolate ships throughout the United States. Free U.S. standard shipping is available on orders of $30 or more. Shipping charges for smaller orders and expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Orders normally require 2–4 business days to process. After your order ships, we will email tracking information. Transit times are estimates and may change because of weather, carrier delays, product availability, or high order volume.

We currently ship with USPS Priority or FedEx 2nd Day, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Warm-weather shipping

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive and can soften around 85°F. During warmer weather, we use insulation and cold packs when appropriate. We may delay dispatch briefly to avoid extreme heat or unnecessary weekend transit. Please follow the tracking information and bring the package indoors promptly after delivery.

Returns and order problems

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory, email info@radchocolate.com with your order number and, when relevant, photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.
